What is an OTS tune? OTS stands for “Off The Shelf”. Unlike a custom tune, these tunes are ready to flash and go! They are mainly designed for cars with minimal mods. We guarantee you will notice a significant difference on your 2015+ WRX after flashing our OTS map. Perfect for someone looking to increase the power and driving experience on their car without doing any modifications.
We have 10 years of Subaru Tuning experience! We guarantee that you will feel 100% satisfied with your Subaru WRX OTS Tune. All Subaru engines were port injected until this engine was released. The FA20DIT is a direct injected engine and tuning is more complex on them (especially when modified). We understand how to tune these complex engines better than most do! Our E-Tuning system works smoothly and conveniently. You will simply log your car with your own Accessport on your own time and email logs back to us. This process typically goes quickly and smoothly. Please carefully select your options to ensure accuracy.
Alex, our tuner, has been working with direct injected engines since before the FA20DIT came out and was one of the first COBB Protuners to tune one in 2015! Youtube- One of the First 2015 WRXs Tuned at BCP
We offer tuning for MoTeC systems; However, we ask that you contact us directly in our contact form for MoTeC support. We include track support with any tune ordered in a specific time frame. Note: Due to complex fueling on the FA20 Engine, The MoTeC ECU is suggested when running port injection.

I drive a 2020 Subaru WRX. They’re known for some great things, and a couple not great ones..Weird turbo lag that suddenly catapults you forward once you’re up to around 3,000 rpm. Crappy shifting, especially between 1st and 2nd. Sort of a weird spark knock sound when you first take off from a stop. I was fine to live with it at first because the thing is a blast to drive. But once I start hearing all of the stories about it easily being able to get fixed I started looking into tunes. My service representative at Subaru has the same car and pointed me towards BCP, so I reached out. Tom was just awesome from the start. I explained I wanted to improve those quirks but not get too crazy. He knew exactly what I was talking about and turned me on to a Cobb accessport with one of Alex’s OTS tunes for this model. HOLY CRAP!! It was absolutely hilarious to experience what was missing with the stock engine tune! Who knew!?! … Other than most people who own these. LOL It has become my happy drug, and I hate having to turn it off and leave it! LOL Long story long, forget the generic tunes that come with these access ports. For $150 more you’d be a fool not to give Alex a chance. The whole process was easier than setting up a new phone. And the customer service was trustworthy and totally on point. Thank you guys! I’m out collecting bottles every night to come up with some more cash to see what else you got!

I bought the e30 tune and… THIS IS AWESOME! I have a 2021 WRX, last of the VA chassis. I’ve been tinkering with aero and support mods, but I finally broke down and bought an accessport. I found the YouTube video of Alex showing the e30 tune, and thought about what my friend had been saying from when his WRX had flex fuel. This isn’t the same as having the flex fuel kit, but it’s super easy and you won’t believe the power gains. I have to say the customer service is top notch too. Alex was able to quickly and fully answer some questions and sent the tune my way super quick. After flashing the tune and mixing my e30, I gave it a little time idling and drove without getting into boost for a bit. Then I gave it a little kick and WOW! The throttle response is linear and manageable, so it feels easier to drive. Then you push it a little and it just keeps going. The power is there… it won’t disappoint!!! Thank you for making my car perform better than I imagined BCP! Anyone thinking about this, do your homework on e30, find a local station that has e85, get an ethanol tester, and get this tune.✌️

Got the E30 intake-only tune for my 2016, and it was instantly noticeable how much more I pushed into the seat. Nothing crazy of course, but it really woke the car up. Switching back to my 93 tune with maybe 60 less peak power it feels like night and day. I’ve had the occasional DAM drop to 0.750 but it always learns back up quickly enough that sometimes I won’t even notice until I glance over and see a lower min on the AP.
Most definitely worth the money and the customer service was good. Very simple interaction, a couple of questions, and I had an email with the tune file. Super straightforward and easy.
Ignore the tunes already on the AP and just spend the extra couple hundred dollars and get a quality tune with more power. If you don’t live near ethanol the 93 tune is a noticeable increase too and smooths out a lot of the weird “quirks” of this car.

Honestly, Alex is awesome. I’m new to Subaru and new to modding etc…. Alex took the time to answer my questions about tuning and how to do it safely.
My cars completely stock except for IAG AOS and Billetworks Short Shift Kit. I purchased this Stage 1 tune and it’s legit awesome. Great power increase across all RPM ranges and completely fixes that awful rev hang. It’s legit fun to drive now!
DAM started at 1, then dropped slowly…as low as .625….. but it was actually ME not shifting properly because I was so used to my old car (2005 Acura 1.7 EL… Only made in Canada, basically a Honda Civic SI) and the Subie rev hang. But it’s back to 1 with 0 feedback knock, and 0 FKL.
This is my 1st turbo car and I get it – you CANNOT lug these engines.
Thanks Alex and BCP Tuning!
